SAN FRANCISCO-Embience launched a series of India-themed ringtones for customers in the United States.
Embience’s Masttones include ringtones based on Indian pop culture. Customers can preview the ringtones at the company’s Web site or directly through their wireless devices.

The Masttones ringtones are available to Verizon Wireless, Cingular Wireless L.L.C., Cricket, U.S. Cellular Corp., Alltel Corp., Cellular South and Metro PCS customers.
The company also is offering MastPix, which features images of South Asian and Middle Eastern culture, such as Bollywood stars, popular bands and well-known athletes.
