ORLAND PARK, Ill.-Andrew Corp. said it has resumed production and shipping of base station subsystem products after a labor dispute halted manufacturing for about a week at its Shenzhen, China, plant. The company said its 1,600 workers in Shenzhen began returning to full production of filters and tower-mounted amplifiers Nov. 16.
Andrew said it was working to meet customer demand and eliminate shipping backlog as quickly as possible, and that it does not expect the halt in manufacturing to cause a material impact in its financial guidance for the first quarter of fiscal 2006.
