SEATTLE-Customer relationship management provider Par3 Communications Inc. announced the acquisition of EnvoyWorldWide, a Massachusetts-based notification services company.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Par3 provides automated interactive notification technology to Nextel Partners Inc. and T-Mobile USA Inc. as well as Bear Stearns, Progressive Insurance, Symantec and US Airways. EnvoyWorldWide technology allows customers to craft and disseminate messages in response to natural disasters, service outages and other events.
“EnvoyWorldWide excels at enabling someone in an organization to craft a message in a very short period of time,” said Kael Kelly, Par3’s director of market management. “By putting the two companies together, we have a full-service offering; an umbrella solution.”
