SAN MATEO, Calif.-Mobile entertainment publisher Glu Mobile said it plans to offer PopCap Games’ Insaniquarium Deluxe game to mobile-phone users.
The PC version of the popular game has been downloaded more than 18 million times, according to Glu. The company offers two other titles from PopCap: Zuma and AstroPop.
Insaniquarium Deluxe challenges players to earn money by feeding the fish in their aquarium and fighting off alien invaders.
The game is expected to be available on mobile devices in the United States in April 2006.
