WHEATRIDGE, Colo.-Arc Wireless Solutions Inc. announced plans for a reverse split of the company’s outstanding common stock. The company said it expects the reverse split to take place late in the first quarter and said it would range between one for 20 and one for 50.
Arc Wireless said it plans to provide more details in a future press release.
