BURNABY, British Columbia-MetroPCS Wireless Inc. subscribers are now able to pay for their wireless service using financial-services kiosks on Info Touch Technologies Corp.’s Tio network.
Customers only have to know their phone number and zip code, not their account number, in order to access the services. Info Touch noted MetroPCS customers can view their account information and then use cash to pay for their bill. Payments will be posted to their MetroPCS account.
According to Info Touch, its Tio network has more than 700 locations and more than 250,000 people using the system to pay their bills in cash.
