LONDON-Moonlight Mobile launched an application that allows mobile-phone users to browse Amazon products and information from their handsets.
The company said users can check product prices and availability, read buyer ratings and add items to their shopping cart or wish list for future purchase. When users hit the check-out button on their handset, the system sends an e-mail to their inbox so users can finish the transaction from their desktop computer.
The application is expected to be available this quarter.
