LA JOLLA, Calif.—Nex-Tech Wireless, which offers cellular service in central and western Kansas, signed an agreement with One Voice Technologies Inc. that calls for the company to offer One Voice’s MobileVoice service to its subscribers, according to the companies.
The service provides group conference calling, reading and sending e-mail, and voice-to-text messaging.
