TUCSON, Ariz.—Cell Wireless Corp. and Bond Wireless said they signed a letter of intent calling for the two companies to merge.
Bond Wireless provides mobile messaging solutions, including international text messaging connectivity, mobile messaging applications, integrated products and consultancy services to enterprises. The company holds a patent dealing with securing text messages.
Cell Wireless provides discounted long-distance, text messaging and a variety of free Voice over Internet Protocol call options.
