FORT WORTH, Texas—Teletouch Communications Inc. said it has chosen the law firm Masur & Associates L.L.C. to assist the company with its mobile content licensing efforts as well as with strategic business issues including potential partnerships and acquisitions.
MasurLaw’s experience in the mobile content licensing arena includes work with Zingy, Virgin Mobile, Buongiorno USA, Thumbplay and Upoc Networks, said the company.
Teletouch offers telecom services, including cellular, two-way radio, GPS-telemetry and wireless messaging service.
