Oblio expanding MVNO service, targets 100,000 customers

DALLAS—Mobile virtual network operator Oblio Telecom Inc. is planning to expand its Bravo Cellular prepaid cellular service into new markets after recently completing market testing, according to its parent company Titan Global Holdings Inc.

The service offers unlimited nights and weekends and discounted international calling plans, including calls to Mexico and China for less than 3 cents per minute.

Oblio, which uses Sprint Nextel Corp.’s CDMA network, said it has more than 17,800 active subscribers. The company said it has established a goal of gaining 100,000 subscribers by the end of August 2007.
