Sprint Nextel Corp. announced its small- and medium-sized CDMA business customers now have access to its Business Premier loyalty program.
Since its merger with Nextel Communications Inc., the carrier has been working to merge all users onto one network and one billing platform. Thus, the carrier’s newly expanded Business Premier loyalty program is just the latest such effort to bridge the gaps. Until now, only iDEN customers on the Nextel network could take advantage of the program.
Business Premier provides eligible customers with an array of benefits including discounts on phones and other services. Also, based on a business’ tier level (Silver, Gold or Platinum), subscribers can enroll in PremierPoints, a system trading accumulated points for different rewards.
“Sprint Business Premier reinforces our dedication to our most loyal and valued business customers and it also differentiates us from other wireless competitors,” said Jim Curran, VP for business care at Sprint Nextel. “Based on the feedback we’ve heard from our customers, we believe this program gives them more ways than ever to get the most out of their wireless services while at the same time rewarding them for their tenure with Sprint.”
