Nortel paying up to $10 million for DiamondWare

Nortel Networks ( NT ) said it’s paying up to $10 million for DiamondWare, a provider of positional voice technology. It’s paying $7 million in cash, plus up to $3 million more depending on future business milestones over the next 40 months.
