WiMAX
–Thailand: Redline Communications said it has been chosen by Milcom Systems to provide its WiMAX 4C Mobile WiMAX products. The carrier is deploying the network at Amata Industrial Park, located outside Bangkok, to deliver mobile WiMAX services to business users in the region.
Miscellaneous
–Chile: Andrew won a contract with Entel PCS to provide equipment for the carrier’s cellular network expansion. The contract includes antennas, coaxial cables, software tools and repeater solutions for indoor and outdoor coverage.
