Movers and Shakers: USA Mobility announces exec changes; Carey named CEO of NeoNova; and more

USA Mobility Inc. announced several executive management changes. The company said Shawn E. Endsley has been promoted to chief financial officer to replace Thomas L. Schilling, who is leaving the company. Previously, Endsley was the company’s controller. MyLe Chang, who previously was senior director of financial reporting, has been promoted to controller. Paul Grandfield has been named executive vice president of operations. He previously was senior vice president of finance.

Ray Carey has been named chief executive officer and chairman of NeoNova Network Services Inc. Carey has been on the company’s board for three years, and has spent the past 10 years as general partner with Azure Capital Partners. The company’s current CEO, John Carlson, will remain on NeoNova’s board of directors, said the company.

Matthew Goodman has joined A Wireless, a Verizon Wireless premium retailer, as chief financial officer. Goodman most recently was vice president and CFO at Hunt Technologies L.L.C.

Mobile messaging firm Infobip appointed Matthew Hornsey vice president in charge of the company’s carrier relations division. Hornsey spent the past 10 years with Jersey Telecom, including co-founding the company’s offshore division in 2002 and managing its global interests in messaging, voice interoconnects and machine-to-machine telemetry.

Strategy Analytics named Eric Higham director of its GaAs & Compound Semiconductor Service group. Prior to joining the firm, Higham was founder and president of Spectrum Business Development.
