Telefonica SA will carry out a 3- for-1 stock split on its American depositary receipts in order to increase liquidity, Cinco Dias reported, without saying where it got the information.
Each ADR, currently worth $68 each, will be worth $22.7 after the split, the newspaper added, without saying when it will take place.
