Helsinki, Finland – February 23, 2011: F-Secure and Telefonica have entered into a long term regional partnership to offer Telefonica’s wireless and mobile broadband customers unparalleled internet protection and storage related services. Telefonica has almost 145 million* mobile customers in Latin America and will offer them security and storage services powered by F-Secure for both mobile broadband and mobile devices, including smartphones. Additionally, this partnership is similarly planned to be extended to the rest of the Telefonica footprint in Europe.

Following the launch, planned for later this year, users will be able to enjoy the benefits of a range of services offered by F-Secure, for mobile broadband and mobile phones.
