Vodafone Hutchison Australia has had a tough time of its own making lately, blindly walking into one mess after the other.
It all started with problems on the carrier’s network, similar to those anyone on AT&T would recognize; data and call drop outs, undelivered text messages and reception issues of major proportions. Vodafone, however, somehow managed to keep quiet about it all, until the weight of complaints online forced the firm to come clean.
The admission, however, was a much too little, much too late with droves of customers joining a class action lawsuit against the company as well as many walking out of their contracts to move to other carriers.
Since the scale of the disaster has become clear, the company has been doing its utmost to suck up to customers, with the CEO repeatedly trying to offer apologies of which the latest desperate plea was emailed out to customers over the past day. You can read it below:
