LogNet Systems | March 7, 2011 | Press Release

London, UK (March 7, 2011) – LogNet Systems, a global provider of customer management and billing solutions for multiple play service providers, today announced that the company has been selected by V.R.M. Voizplus Limited in Thailand to deploy a multiple play customer management and billing solution. Voizplus is a premier provider of voice and data services over IP networks for carriers and resellers, including PTTs, mobile operators and ISPs, and has future plans to become a fully licensed IPTV provider.

The multiple play solution to be implemented by LogNet Systems will be based on the MaxBill product suite and will unify Voizplus’ customer management and billing activities. MaxBill will provide an integrated framework for Voizplus to manage its multiple service operation and ensure that all customer care, order management, service provisioning, productmanagement, billing and invoicing workflows and functionality are synchronized. The deployment of MaxBill will replace a number of standalone legacy systems previously used by Voizplus.

“Implementing another system for our future business planning was clearly not an option for us as it would add to our operational complexity and limit our revenue generating capacity,” explained Suttipong Viriyabusya, COO at Voizplus. “Moving our entire service offering to LogNet’s multiple play solution was a strategic decision that allows us now to comfortably add new services and offer bundled service packages. Equally as important, LogNet’s solution improves our operations by serving as the single IT resource for managing customer and product information.”

“Strategies for managing multiple service environments and multiple play operations are high on the agendas of most service providers around the world,” commented Kirill Rechter, CEO of LogNet Billing. “We are proud that Voizplus has selected LogNet to support its strategic plans and profitably manage its multiple play operation.”
