The biggest news of this week was Apple’s suing of Samsung for allegedly willfully stealing the fruity firm’s designs for its own phones and tablets.
On the surface, it sounds simple – Apple is going after Samsung as it has done in the recent past with other phone makers relying heavily on Android software for their phones. This is simply an Apple vs Google war being fought on Korean soil, like an information age Cold War.
But if one bears in mind that Samsung provides Apple with its chips to power devices like the iPhone and iPad, it really becomes a bit more of a game of power and leverage, and who will win out is anyone’s guess.
Still, with this whole technological game of thrones afoot, we thought it would be entertaining to post the following infographic we found this week showing just who in the industry is suing whom. Get ready to go a bit cross-eyed!
