Alcatel-Lucent opens technology center in Brazil: AMERICAS

Alcatel-Lucent (ALU) opened a technology showcase center in Sao Paulo, Brazil, where the company said it will highlight LTE, video, cloud- and location-based services to help Brazilian operators respond to challenges created by increased mobile data adoption.
The 15,400-square-foot facility in Sao Paulo will cater to service providers from Brazil and other Latin American companies.
