RCR Wireless News is set to visit Bellevue the week of August 1 as part of our Mobile Broadband Tour and Conference series.
Bellevue, which lies across Lake Washington from Seattle, is a rapidly changing city. It is currently the second largest city center in Washington State – with a population of 122,363 – and, based on per capita income, is rated as the 6th wealthiest of 522 communities in the state of Washington. Dubbed “Boomberg” by the press, Bellevue has even topped CNNMoney’s list of the best places to live and launch a business, and has also been ranked as the 4th best place to live in America.
The RCR Wireless News Mobile Broadband Bellevue tour – In partnership with the NW Wireless Association – will include a couple of days meeting with local telecommunication leaders and associations in the Washington area as well as a one-day conference on August 2.
(To set up a meeting Bellevue with RCR Wireless News please contact Sylvie Barak at [email protected])
The conference -hosted and broadcasted live from the Hyatt Regency Bellevue – will focus on current mobile broadband trends and how mobile broadband is driving investment, innovation and economic growth. We’ll also be chatting to 4G Americas President Chris Pearson, getting his view on the industry wide capacity crunch, trends in innovation and spectrum considerations as a slew of new data hogging devices hit the market.
SOLiD Technologies’ President Seth Buechley will be at hand to discuss trends in hospitality, specifically addressing how hotels balance the shift away from single-carrier owned DAS, while the Magnolia Broadband CEO will guide us through how software on a device chip can increase network capacity.
Those wishing to register to attend in person or online through the live, interactive broadcast may do so here. Cost to attend in person is $95 and includes lunch. Attendees may qualify for free admission if employed by a mobile operator/service provider or large enterprise or vertical market institution.
