Laurent Biojoux was appointed Customer Relations Director of Orange France, effective 18 July 2011.
Orange France combines the operational activities of France Telecom Orange on French soil. With almost 80,000 employees, including 40,000 employees who deal with customers and more than 31,000 in the information technology and network professions, Orange France had 2010 revenues of more than 23 billion euros, nearly half of the Group’s activity.
Each year, the 20,000 customer advisors at Orange France’s telephones process 100 million calls.
Laurent Biojoux will be responsible for installing a new Customer Relations strategy for Orange France, for improving service quality, and for customer relations, one of the four strategic areas of the “conquests 2015” business plan.
Laurent Biojoux, age 48, a graduate of the Institut Européen des Affaires de Paris in 1988, was previously in charge of the network of 600 stores and Customer Relations management for Bouygues Telecom, an operator frequently recognized for excellence in this field.
He also worked for Chronopost in these same areas for 9 years, from 1990 to 1998.
Laurent Biojoux founded the Association Française de la Relation Clients (AFRC, the French customer relations association) and remains a director, having been General Manager for more than 10 years.
