New Delhi: Close on the heels of PM Manmohan Singh’s statement on Independence Day about streamlining and strengthening infrastructure regulators in India, the Department of Telecom(DoT) has informed Parliament that it is currently reviewing proposals for strengthening telecom regulator Trai as well as making it more accountable to Parliament.
