M’Loyal, the customer loyalty product of enterprise mobility solutions provider MobiQuest, hopes to have 7.5 million customers onboard its platform by March, says MobiQuest CEO Vineet Narang. The platform currently boasts 5 million customers across top brands in the country.
In an interview with RCR Wireless News, Narang said that M’Loyal takes care of the entire lifecycle of customer relationship management for retail companies, including customer acquisition, retention and engagement. With inbound marketing changing the whole scenario of how products and services are marketed and sold to customers, it has become indispensable for companies to make use of social and online media to attract customers and keep them engaged at these portals. This makes the whole brand more closer to customers and also helps the companies gather firsthand information on how their brands are being perceived in the public.
M’Loyal covers the entire spectrum of Customer Relationship Management software at the retailer’s end to gathering customers through Facebook pages and activities online at the client’s end. The platform makes customer information management fairly simple for customer executives at outlets to capture the data through handheld devices. This totally removes the need for having a back-end data entry operator who would scan through physical bill copies and sales records to track high-volume customers. The simple data entry mechanism also makes it a one-time activity for customers during billing and logically ends a smooth shopping experience.
The data give the retailers detailed analytics on the patterns of sales and customers. Coupons and special offers are also maintained and managed by the system itself, which sends appropriate messages and mCoupons to customers’ mobile phone directly when they reach milestones on purchases.
M’Loyal is currently being used by top brands including Baskin Robbins, Godrej, VLCC, Kings XI Punjab and Domino’s Pizza.
