RCR Wireless News announced today that Dallas-based Roger Buckley has joined its executive team as associate publisher and vice president of business development
Prior to joining RCR Wireless News, Buckley developed innovative online programs for Hearst Business Media, Penton and SAE, where he served as a consultant. As director of business development at Reed Business Information, Buckley helped expand client relationships globally for more than two dozen electronic publications and websites including EDN, Design News and Test & Measurement World. While working for over a decade with Roy McDonald Associates as vice president of sales, Buckley represented a number of association publications, including IEEE Communications Society: IEEE Communications and IEEE Network.

Buckley will be responsible for collaborating with mobile and wireless technology companies to develop and implement innovative paid, owned and earned thought leadership, brand awareness, lead generation and talent acquisition programs on a local, national and global basis using RCR’s proprietary digital network, career site and social business tool platform. Target market segments include service mobile telecom providers, operators and carriers, wireless infrastructure providers, mobile technology including LTE, Wi-Fi and distributed antenna systems, mobile enterprise, connected devices and M2M, mobile software and applications, employment advertising, policy and capital markets.
