Cavium focuses on small cell solutions

Silicon Valley’s Cavium is not as well-known as some of its larger rivals in chip design, but the company intends to have an impact in mobile, particularly in supplying chipsets for small cells. At London’s Small Cell World Summit, Cavium demonstrated an LTE solution that it says can support up to 128 simultaneous users using power over Ethernet. Recently Cavium created a similar demonstation for RCR Wireless News.
