The device also features a built-in sensor that is designed to learn a users running technique and calibrates their stride while they run. Epson also announced that it has sponsored Boston Marathon winner Meb Keflezighi, also an Olympic medalist, who will wear the Runsense in the 2015 Boston Marathon.

Epson is also using star power to promote the M-Tracer, a personal swing analyzer designed to help users improve their golf game. The device fits on a golf club and stores everything from clubhead speed to attack angle. The M-Tracer app also allows users to view their swing in 3D. The product is being promoted with the help of golf instructor, David Leadbetter.
