Let Google pick your next Android phone?

Finding the right smartphone can be difficult. Google wants to help with that by showing you which Android phone is right for you with their Android phone selector tool.

The sizable search engine has created a new landing page for Android.com that compares devices based on your preferences.

The way it works is you answer questions such as how often you use your camera per week and what feature of the camera are most important to you. Other topics include music, fitness, texting, productivity and many more.

You then hit the “Show me smartphones” pop-up at the center-bottom of the page. Google pops up suggestions based on your carrier.

Users must pick at least three preferred features in order for the Google algorithm to search for their dream phone.

Google then presents the results, complete with specs and software features. You then have the option to filter even further by price, size and a feature called “latest phone.”

The only thing left to do after that is let Google find your phone. You get a customized list of suggested smartphones and presumably rush to your nearest cellphone store and throw down some money on your Google-approved device.

The iPhone is not included.
