Apple is changing the way it sells its products online. The company has taken its online store off its home page. Instead, each Apple product now features a buy button, making the Apple site a lot more like those of retailers that sell primarily online, such as Amazon.
In other news, The National Football League has a new media partnership – Twitter has expanded its relationship with the NFL in order to give brands a way to connect themselves with NFL content. For fans the deal will mean daily Twitter updates from the NFL, including content created just for Twitter. The NFL said the deal makes sense because its fans are already tweeting so much about football.
Twitter will handle all ad sales against the content, and share revenue with the NFL.
