SAN DIEGO and MONTERREY, Mexico-Leap Wireless International Inc. and its Mexican joint venture, Pegaso PCS, announced Pegaso will launch service in Monterrey, Mexico.
Monterrey is the third Mexican major market in which Pegaso has introduced Code Division Multiple Access service, following Tijuana earlier in the year and Guadalajara in August. Pegaso plans to launch service in Mexico City by the end of the year.
