LONDON-Sennari, which provides customer loyalty solutions, launched its Mobile Loyalty and Community Service platform.
The platform allows carriers and content publishers to deliver games and content to mobile devices, capture key customer data and establish two-way opt-in relationships, said the company. The MLCS platform encompasses four services, including a user registration service, a customer loyalty service, a gaming service and a white label service, which allows for customization of the platform.
In related news, Sennari announced Channel 1Games will use the platform to deliver the company’s coin-up pub games to mobile phones and to deliver prizes, such as a free handset upgrade or phone accessories, to users. Channel 1 Games titles included Monopoly, Goldenballs, Triplet Towers, Q3, Snakes and Ladders and Castle Dracula.
Initially, games will be available in the United States and the United Kingdom, with plans to expand into Canada, Germany, France and Spain.
