SUNNYVALE, Calif.-Adaptive Broadband Corp. entered an agreement with Mosley Associates Inc., a privately held manufacturer of digital transmission systems for the telecommunications industry, to sell its Microwave Data Systems division for $42 million in cash.
The agreement comes on the heels of Adaptive Broadband’s recently announced agreement with Comtech Telecommunications Corp. to sell its EFData satellite modem division for $67.8 million. The company also noted it was in the process of divesting one other unnamed division of the company.
