DALLAS-Esoftsolutions Inc., an e-business integrator and solutions provider, adapted the Docent Enterprise Learning Management System platform to support a wireless capability for Gradepoint Inc., a provider of computer training and eLearning.
With this wireless capability, Gradepoint hopes to improve communication between the home office and trainers in the field, and to help increase cash flow, decrease administrative costs, schedule more efficient use of resources and improve customer satisfaction. Gradepoint’s instructors and managers will use only Web-enabled wireless phones to access information about classes and students. This “has resulted in lower costs and more efficient use of our instructors, facilities, equipment and broadcast capabilities nationwide,” said Shail Arora, president of Gradepoint. “It has also improved our sales team responsiveness and sales production. We estimate that this administrative application alone will help generate additional revenues for Gradepoint.”
