CINCINNATI, United States—Convergys announced it has been chosen by Denmark’s Telia Telecom A/S for its Geneva active revenue management (ARM) software to support its business growth and innovation.
Telia plans to integrate Geneva software with its front-end and mediation systems and use it to rate and bill voice, data and content services. The company said Geneva will allow it to react to changing market conditions, to cost-efficiently attract customers and to build customer loyalty. The new solution is expected to go live in October.
