SAN DIEGO—Leap Wireless International Inc. launched its Cricket wireless service in Jonesboro, Ark., the fourth market in Arkansas for the carrier’s service.
In addition, Leap recently added Pine Bluff at no extra cost to its Central Arkansas market, which already included Little Rock and Hot Springs.
