KNOXVILLE, Tenn.—Airtuit announced its BlueMoon 4.0 Mobile applications Server and BlueMoon Micro Edition, which allow mobile users to work in both online and offline modes.
The solution is targeted to users accessing wireless data applications in areas with unpredictable service and works to avoid interrupted access. Unbeknownst to the user, while a wireless data application is in use, BlueMoon M.E. attempts to contact the BlueMoon server periodically to ensure a connection still exists between the device and server. If the connection is lost, BlueMoon M.E. automatically switches to offline mode and continues to run the application.
