Boingo equips convention center with 802.11b access

ORLANDO—Boingo announced it will enable the Orange County Convention Center with 802.11b broadband Internet access for CTIA Wireless 2002.

In addition, CTIA has partnered with Boingo and Avaya to offer show attendees the following deal: attendees who sign up for Boingo Pro, which is $24.95 per month for three months, at the show will get free Wi-Fi Internet access while at CTIA and get an Avaya Gold card for $25, an 80-percent discount.
