CALGARY—Motorola Inc.’s Commercial, Government and Industrial Solutions Sector plans to purchase and/or license Wi-Lan Inc.’s high-speed wireless data communications equipment and resell Wi-Lan’s products through the sector’s sales channels, the companies announced.
Wi-Lan offers its BWS 3000 series point-to-multipoint wideband orthogonal frequency division multiplexing technology for 3.5 GHz licensed spectrum. Wi-Lan also offers Ethernet bridges and antennas.
