ATLANTA—U.S. Cellular Corp. deployed Glenayre Technologies Inc.’s IP-based Versera Large Solution platform in Milwaukee.
Under the agreement, Glenayre’s platform will help U.S. Cellular customers manage their voice, fax and e-mail messages from a single, centralized mailbox. In addition, Glenayre said the platform will enable U.S. Cellular to deploy speech-based applications, such as voice portals and multimedia services and provide technology to support text messaging services.
