SANTIAGO, Chile-Chilean mobile operator Smartcom announced it will replace its current billing system from SchlumbergerSema with a new product from Intec Telecom Systems and Logica.
Intec will provide its Inter-mediatE billing product, while Logica will provide the consulting and implementation services.
“The Inter-mediatE solution is replacing Telconet from SchlumbergerSema,” said Christian Ojeda Madrid, development manager for Smartcom. “We have had some compatibility issues between our current system and our other IT solutions, and with Logica’s help have conducted careful analyses of the Inter-mediatE product to ensure that it is the scalable and flexible solution we are looking for.”
