MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif.-Orsus Solutions has acquired the intellectual property and other assets of Speedwise Technologies Ltd. in a cash and stock transaction.
The acquisition enables Orsus to speed the delivery of data services over wireless networks and extends enterprise applications developed with the Orsus Mobile Framework.
