VANCOUVER, British Columbia-Contec Innovations said it is acquiring Clearigo Solutions Inc., which develops mobile server software. The software will integrate with Contec’s mobile application server.
“As Contec grows, we will continue to add new features to the Hornet that can increase the revenue-generating potential of mobile operators,” said Perry Quan, Contec’s president and chief executive officer.
