LONDON-Mobile media company FoneStarz announced a deal with Perfect 10 magazine to bring adult wallpapers and videos to mobile devices.
FoneStarz, which handles content services on 15 networks across four continents, said it will manage and distribute the content using more than 18 content registration schemes to protect minors. While no carrier partners for the Perfect 10 content were named, the U.K.-based content provider has relationships with Vodafone and T-Mobile International.
“The importance of sensibly managed adult entertainment must not be overlooked as it is a key driver in the increase of content consumption over mobile phones,” said Dave Moreau, chief executive officer of FoneStarz. “Adult content is a lucrative market that has experienced huge growth recently and this agreement with Perfect 10 signifies FoneStarz’ recognition of the potential market.”
