MOSCOW-LogicaCMG said it reached an agreement with Russian operator Mobile TeleSystems to deploy multimedia-messaging services in the Moscow region. MTS will use LogicaCMG’s MMS center as part of its MMS system.
The Moscow implementation was rolled out in May and will be expanded to other regions of Russia.
The value of the deal was not disclosed.
