Low customer satisfaction could get worse following AT&T, T-Mobile merger

According to a survey released by The American Customer Satisfaction Index, Sprint Nextel Corp. now has one of the highest customer service scores in the industry. While Sprint Nextel excelled, two of the largest American carriers, AT&T Mobility and T-Mobile USA Inc., were given lower marks that could drop even further pending AT&T Inc.’s proposed $39 billion acquisition of T-Mobile USA.
