TORONTO-Tira Wireless launched an online community resource, the Tira Developer Network, designed to help developers create portable mobile Java games and applications.
The site provides free access to the company’s mobile device database and use of its automated verification server for debugging mobile content. In addition, the site provides development guidelines and an industry forum on issues related to porting.
