Amit Daniel, EVP of marketing & business development for CVidya, spoke with RCR Wireless News about its revenue analytics solution that is now employed by 150 operators worldwide.
The company is expanding its capabilities in analytics beyond fraud and revenue assurance to include marketing analytics. Daniel said that large challenges such as how to accelerate data revenues and usage are tackled by breaking them into specific use cases, such as identifying family members and offering them a shared data plan.
CVidya announced support for big data analytics processing via Hadoop earlier this year, to provide less costly enablement of big data analytics for fraud management, revenue assurance and marketing analytics.
