U.K. survey respondents have some concern over 3G ease of use

BOSTON-A new study of United Kingdom wireless users found only 41 percent of respondents say they are confident that new third-generation mobile phones and services will be easy to use. YouGov conducted the survey of 2,000 respondents.

The survey also found that 71 percent of respondents believe mobile-phone services are becoming more complicated, and that only 4 percent are planning to upgrade to 3G.

According to the findings, 48 percent of male respondents were confident that they would find 3G services easy to use while 35 percent of female respondents believed 3G would be easy to use.
