MAUI, Hawaii-MauiGames said it is offering a proprietary technology that allows companies to deliver embedded advertisements in mobile-phone games.
The product, which has been shipped in more than 50,000 games, enables the delivery of graphic and text ads based on geography and a predetermined schedule. With the technology, advertisers can access user-supplied demographics and track gaming frequency and duration statistics.
MauiGames said consumers value the product’s leadership board, which allows players to compare scores with others, and players will benefit from the targeted advertising.
“Advertisers are looking for new and unique ways to reach their target audience,” said David Fradin, president of MauiGames. “A tastefully placed advertisement can add to the realism of the game and make it extremely memorable.”
